Pastor Elizabeth Greenidge
My name is Elizabeth Greenidge, but most people around here know me as Pastor Liz, and I began ministering at City Christian Center in June of 2005. My journey here looks like this:

God called me into ministry when I was eighteen, the summer before my last year of high school. After I graduated from high school I attended Master’s College and Seminary for four years and received a Bachelor of Theology degree majoring in Youth Ministry. I received my Licenced Minister credentials from the PAOC and now I am the Youth Pastor here at City Christian Center. In June 2009 I will be ordained with the PAOC.

I want to see teenagers making an impact on the world around them. I believe that they are called to be an example to others, just because you are young doesn’t mean you can’t do great things. “Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity,” 1 Timothy 4:12. I love what I do. God has given me a heart for the young people of this generation. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else with my life than doing God’s work among teenagers.

For those of you who are wondering what I do in my spare time other than ministry. I love watching movies, playing board games, and reading. I like to stay active whether it is going to the gym, swimming in my pool or playing paintball with my dad and brothers. But my favourite thing to do (other than ministry of course) is hanging out with my friends and laughing.
